About Spatch

SPATCH is one of the most exciting additions to Edinburgh’s Royal Mile. Serving barn-reared Scottish chickens cooked over charcoal on a custom rotisserie, the restaurant brings bold flavours and a lively atmosphere to one of the city’s most iconic streets. With strong branding and a growing reputation, SPATCH needed a website that captured its energy and made it simple for customers to find information and book a table.

Project Overview

The aim was to build a visually engaging, single-page parallax website that reflected SPATCH’s character while staying fast and easy to use. The site needed to integrate with the restaurant’s booking system, showcase the menu using the brand’s custom typography and support tracking for analytics and marketing.

    • Custom Landing Page for Sister Restaurant
      A dedicated Wi-Fi landing page for Burgers & Beers, ensuring a seamless cross-venue digital experience.
    • Analytics & Tracking Setup
      Full implementation of Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel for performance tracking and retargeting.

The final site delivers a bold, stylish and easy-to-use digital presence that mirrors the restaurant’s unique offering and helps drive bookings and footfall on the Royal Mile.
